RP2040 Core (Pi Pico Clone) Snap-Fit Case

This is a snap-fit case designed for RP2040 Core clone boards (black version) you may find on AliExpress. They are upgrades in basically every way compared to the official Raspberry Pi Pico, as they come with 16MB flash memory, a USB-C port, a NeoPixel, and more buttons.

 

However, until now, there were no cases for it! This case includes:

• Compliant mechanisms for pushing the boot, user, and reset buttons
• Holes for the 2 normal LEDs and 1 NeoPixel, intended to put a small piece of clear filament into for diffusion
• Pin labels easily visible from the bottom
• Cutout for debug pins
• Cutout to easily pop the case open
• Of course, a secure and reliable snap-fit mechanism to keep the case together
