🔧 Update – Reinforced Version (V2) - 2026/04/02

This update introduces improvements to the hinge mechanism for enhanced strength, durability, and print reliability.

Key updates:

• Increased hinge pin diameter from 4.50 mm to 6.17 mm

• Adjusted tolerance (clearance) from 0.22 mm to 0.37 mm for smoother movement and reduced risk of fusion

   

• Improved load capacity: from approximately 6 kg to 9 kg

The reinforced version has been physically tested, supporting at least 9 kg of load for over 9 hours without any signs of structural failure.

This update makes the hinge more reliable across different printers and better suited for practical use.
