EZ-UP Encore Corner Support Bracket

My once used EZ-UP Encore developed a broken corner bracket.  It must have been damaged in shipping based on how it broke, and EZ-UP said no spare parts are available which means a $0.50 plastic part was going to destine this entire tent for a landfill.  

Not so fast, we can do better!

 

There are a few repair part STLs out there but no corner brackes and not for this model (maybe that's a good sign they don't break often)?

 

Print Settings

Recommend printing upside down with tree supports.

Printed in PETG-HF for testing (fit is great) and it felt so strong I never re printed in PETG-CF.

0.6mm nozzle, 0.30mm strength, 5 walls, 35% fill Gyroid.
