Colors

Colors/materials used in the photos for reference:

• Yellow: Overture PLA Yellow
• Light Blue: Overture PLA Light Blue
• Dark Blue: Overture Easy PLA Digital Blue
• Pink: Overture PLA Pink
• Black: Overture PLA Black

Notes

• Some body segments have overhanging sides that are challenging to print. Try using finer layer heights and reducing speed.
• The ball socket tolerances are intentionally on the tighter side. If a segment is too hard to attach, try boring the hole slightly wider.
• All body segments are intended to be printed with the ball pin facing upward with no supports. The center pin changes color along with the outer shell so that there are no mid-layer color changes required.
• The head/face should be printed facing upward (rim down on the plate) with support.

Instructions

1. Print all parts
2. Glue the head pin into the inside of the head
3. Glue the eyes and blush onto the face
4. Connect each segment together in order:
   1. Head
   2. Blue 1
   3. Yellow 1
   4. Blue 2
   5. Yellow 2
   6. Blue 3
   7. Yellow 3
   8. Blue 4
   9. Tail
