BBS Solid drift wheels for 1/10 D12 RC truck

I picked up a little WPL D12 minitruck a while ago and it has been a blast to just rip around the house, so I though it might be fun to print some solid drift wheels for it. These were inspired by the hard plastic sleeves that drift trikes use and the design is based on a set of old school BBS wheels. 

These took a few versions to get them to print well and fit nicely but once I got them dialed in they print with minimal supports and don't take long when printed in a single color. If you want, along with the single color version, there is also a two color painted version. The painted version will print these out with a separate color for the “tire”  the but personally I am impatient so I just printed them fully in silver and then used a sharpie to color the wheels black.  I figured they were going to end up getting abused anyway. 

Overall they work so good and I have way too much fun now sliding the truck all over my house. Also while I designed these to fit the WPL D12 Mini truck theoretically they should fit any 1/10 scale RC car with the same size 5mm hex axle. Have fun, and happy drifting!
