🛠️ Print a Nightstand or Side Table
This is my first MakerWorld upload — a fully 3D printed nightstand with a working drawer. No tools… just print, slide, and screw. I spent over a month fine-tuning the tolerances so everything fits just right — the drawer glides smoothly, and the joints lock together in a super satisfying way.
✨ Quick Facts
- Fully 3D printed — no extra hardware needed
- Slide-fit assembly (no glue required)
- Functional drawer for bedside or desk treasures
- Designed to be both fun to print and practical to use
- Sand in the base to make it feel more sturdy.
🪑 Want a Side Table Instead?
You can turn this nightstand into a simple side table by:
- Skipping the drawers, back panels, and spacers
- Printing 4 extra connectors for the legs and using different size rod
🖨️ Printing Tips
- All parts are pre-oriented for clean prints — just slice and go
- Test tolerances if you want the drawer motion extra smooth
- No supports required
💡 Future Options — Feedback Welcome!
Let me know in the comments if you’d like to see these variations:
- Legs designed to accept PVC pipes for extra sturdiness (my original version)
- A triangular side table variant
- Shorter legs for a lower profile
