Infinite length 8040 4040 horizontal extrusion

Horizontally printable 4040 and 8040 extrusion profiles designed with dovetail joints for infinitely stackable length. Overlap the profiles by 50%, then print half length pieces to cap things off. Add thin glue to keep it together. 

• 8040 and 4040
• 250 and 125 mm lengths included
• For custom lengths: Uncheck “Uniform Scaling” and adjust Y value to desired length
• 0.1mm clearance between parts so assembly goes smooth and there's some room for glue
• Half-lap for infinite length (see assembly example image)
• No supports needed
• Loads sprung T-nuts from sides and ends
• Very strong because of layer orientation, no need for more than 5 layer perimeters
