This jig is designed to make batch laser engraving faster, easier, and more precise. With 16 slots sized at 42mm x 42mm x 4mm, it’s perfect for holding 1.5" coins, tags, and other small items. Perfect for laser engravers, creative crafters, small business owners, tag makers, coin collectors, and hobbyists alike, this jig features 16 precision slots (42mm x 42mm x 4mm) to hold or display your coins, tags, or parts.
 

When each piece is tucked into the same corner of its slot, they align perfectly at 45.5mm spacing in both X and Y directions—saving you from manual measuring and speeding up your workflow. The tray also raises each item 3mm off the laser bed for optimal positioning.

Overall size is 188.5mm x 188.5mm x 7mm, compact enough to fit most desktop laser systems.

 

Printing Tip: Keep the brim in your slicer profile! It prevents corners from lifting so your jig stays perfectly flat and accurate.
