XTOOL F1 / F2 Laser Engraving Jig – 6 Aluminum Tags – Focus Aligned

This jig is designed for XTOOL F1 and XTOOL F2 laser machines and allows you to engrave up to 6 aluminum tags at the same time, ensuring high precision and repeatability.
 

It is ideal for metal tags commonly used as ID plates, keychains, or pendants.
 

The jig is designed for tags with approximate dimensions:

• 50 × 30 mm

Note: The tags shown in the photos have dimensions of 50 × 29 mm.
 

The tags are positioned so that the engraving area aligns with the laser focus point, ensuring perfect focus at the center and consistent, high-quality engraving across all items.
 

The printed jig shown in the photos was made in PLA Matte using standard settings:

• 15% infill
• 2 walls (perimeters)

These settings provide excellent stability and reliable performance during engraving.
