⚠ Printing Notes (Important)

Ensure that your 3D printer and print bed are clean and properly prepared before printing.

As with many gear-based prints, the parts are stuck together right after printing. Gently rotate the gears until they loosen and start moving freely.

Applying a small drop of oil can improve smoothness.

The more the gears run, the better and smoother the gearbox will perform over time.

Do not resize the model it might not work


This model is a Double-Stage Planetary Gearbox (15:1), carefully designed and realized with passion. A planetary gearbox transmits motion through a central sun gear, multiple planet gears, and an outer ring gear, achieving high torque in a compact design.

Key Features:

Two-stage reduction:

Stage 1 → 3:1 reduction

Stage 2 → 5:1 reduction

Total reduction ratio: 15:1
