- Material Choice: PETG or ASA is highly recommended, especially for the ARM piece. Since the soldering iron generates significant heat, it can soften PLA over time, leading to misalignment. Using high-temp materials ensures the tool remains precise and durable.
- Settings: 3-4 Walls | 15-20% Infill.
- Assembly: Use a long Allen key to reach the recessed screws.
- Counter-weight: Attach the retractable keychain to the rear of the base; thread the wire through the arm's guide hole or use the ring for a secure connection.
