Fallout New Vegas: Legate Lanius Helmet

Here is my Halloween helmet for this year. My finishing consisted of coating with black uv resin for smoothing then clear gloss for the metal parts and clear matte for the red. It uses tpu zip ties for connecting the plates and letting them still move. If you don't have TPU you might be able to fit regular zip ties. Assembly instructions are in the documentation. There is plenty of room for foam padding. My head is an L/XL and still room for it. Let me know if you have any issues.
