Alientek T80P and T90B storage box

I created this box because the standard box the Alientek T80p comes in, does not have additional space for all accessories. 

 

I have the version that comes with 4 additional tips, a small metal stand, and a charging cable. Next to that, I have a small container with soldering flux and a small spool with solder. 

 

The box is print-in-place with support enabled. It fits on the bed of an A1 mini.

Upon request, I added a print profile for the T90B. As I don't have that specific model myself, I changed the dimensions based on measurements. I'm confident it will fit (as the changes are minor), but leave a comment if it can be improved (preferably with tips/measurement details).

 

 

The box has the following storage features:

• cable: this is stored in the top of the lid. 
• metal stand: the stand slides upside down in slots created in the lid. The y-shaped part of the holder acts as a spring and hold the stand securely in place. 
• tip holder: 4 tips can be stored in the holder. This holder is designed for tips of the T80p/T90B. The T80/T90A have different sized tips and I am not sure whether these will fit. The holder can be flipped ±100 degrees, for easy access. The holder is printed separately from the box.
• Soldering flux: I created a compartiment for the container with soldering flux I have (24 mm in diameter, 22 mm high). 
• Solder wire: I have a small spool with soldering wire (diameter 14 mm, 16 mm high)
• T80P/T90B Cap: the cap is stored separately (to reduce the width of the box)
• T80P/T90B body: The body is stored in a holder. This holder can be flipped ±100 degrees, for easy access. Additionally, it doubles as a holder for the T80P/T90B when in use. WARNING: a soldering iron is hot and melts plastic easily, so be careful!

INSTALLATION

Installation is quite easy: The box is print-in-place, only the supports have to be removed. The holders for the T80P/T90B and the tips are printed separately from the box (in case of a A1 mini, on a larger print plate, they will fit next to the box). The holders snap in the C-shaped hinges in the box bottom.
