Hamilton T1 Ventilator Bedrail Hooks
Do not attempt this modification unless your company approves!
To install: use a high quality 3/8 ratchet torx bit to remove the screws from the handle. Do not remove the small set screw.
Some screws are installed by the factory with thread lock and require a lot of force to remove. There is a possibility you could strip the screw head or break the bit. If that happens your mechanic should be capable of drilling out the screw without damaging the thread.
Reinstall with two M6 8mm x 20mm shoulder bolts. https://amzn.to/4awzesa The hook can face either direction, but I recommend facing outward like the pictures.
