Description
OK, so this one may be my favorite design so far! Its just fun to play with, a distraction for a few minutes, just makes you feel good and smile! Its super strong for its size, very easy to assemble and a quick print at under 90 minutes.
PLA
0.4 mm nozzle
0.2 layer height
2 wall loops
15% infill
supports where needed
Super simple, use some CA glue to attach the hub to the shaft, either end works (be sure its dry before proceeding) next push the link arms arms onto the outer corner claw hole, then the claw to the hub , insert the shaft into the body (be sure the attachment points on the body line up with the link arms), if not rotate the connection point until they do, attach the link arms to the body, install spring and glue on the top knob.
Shout out to @user_3935107019 For the A1 mini profile!!
There is an optional printed spring in the profiles that works, however I recommend using the one from Amazon listed below due to optional plastic spring compression and holding strength is a little less than with the wire spring.
The optional spring is quite delicate and requires many supports please remove them with caution.
