Straight from the SAW franchise comes this life-size Billy the Puppet — sitting on his creepy red tricycle, ready to deliver his chilling message.
This one… honestly gave me trouble from the start. I had a lot of problems with the model — cleanup issues, alignment problems, and parts that just wouldn’t cooperate. I was either going to trash it and restart or just finish it as it was.
I decided to finish it anyway. It’s not my best work, but some might still like it for what it is. Even with its flaws, it still captures that creepy Billy the Puppet vibe — the grin, the spirals, and that eerie stare from the tricycle seat.
👉 With a decent paint job, it will look much better.
✔️ Infill: 6% Gyroid (10% for tricycle parts)
✔️ Supports: Tree supports for curls, wheels, and face areas
✔️ Dowels: Test-fit before gluing (7.40mm → 7.25mm if needed)
✔️ Mesh Repair: Always clean and check the model before slicing
✔️ Orientation: Print the tricycle upright for clean wheel detail
