This is a Tetris Tilt Game.

 

It includes 5 unique Tetris pieces, a tilting platform, and a die with all of the pieces on it.

 

               

 

To play the Game, the first player rolls the dice and puts the piece they got on the platform. Then the second player does the same. This continues until the platform falls over or the pieces fall off.

 

One side of the die has a “?” on it which means you can pick your own piece.
