Boost Me
Created a cover for the Pioneer DDJ-FLX4 (full size see STL file). The cover got very robust, even when printed with PETG or PLA.
To accomodate to the P, X and A-series printer plate dimensions, I had to cut the cover in 6 pieces, connected with plugs and glue. In addition I have added some letters, which can be printed separatey (no AMS required).
Important notes:
- Make sure the cut surfaces are completely flat, before applying the plugs and the glue. Also make sure the plugs and the holes in the cover pieces are clean. Else you will see gaps between the cover panels as a result (this mistake happened to me when assembling the first cover). On plate #8 I've added some strips, which can be glued from the bottom to the cover (only if required as backup).
- If you want to use the letters on plate #7, best to use a small plastic hammer for perfect fit after removing the support from the cover (no glue required). Otherwise feel free to edit or remove the text in Bambu Studio software as you wish.
