Deeper Mount for Flytec V020 Bait Boat

 

A version of the Deeper mount (PRO, PRO+ 2, CHIRP+ 2, CHIRP+ 3) for the Flytec V020 fishing boat.
The mount was designed to be fixed in front of the boat to avoid waves created by the boat's engines.

 

It will be mounted using three screws in the front of the boat.
The original screws will be replaced with ones of the same diameter, but with a length of up to 15 mm.
For mounting the other components, screws and nuts with a diameter of 5 mm will be used, the screws will be over 25 mm long.
The arms have been designed with a hexagonal slot for nuts on one side and an area where the screw head will be buried on the other side.

 

In case you want to disassemble quickly, the screws can be replaced with ones with a hexagonal head and a manual Wing Nut. For this, additional washers will be used to fill the gap that was designed to bury the screw head for which it was originally designed.

 

The sonar will be attached with two screws of 5 mm in diameter and 10 mm in length.

 

The following is required for assembly:
2x M5 x 10 mm for attaching the Deeper
4x M5 x 25 mm for mounting the arm
4x M5 self-locking nut

 

For quick assembly/disassembly
4x M5 x 30 mm hexagonal head
4x M5 Wing Nut
