Starlink Mini Car Mount – 20° Rear Window Support

This custom-designed mount securely holds the Starlink Mini on the rear window of a car, providing a clean and stable installation — tested and optimized specifically for the BYD Seal. The 20° angle ensures excellent signal reception and an elegant, aerodynamic appearance.

The mount features a sturdy base and smooth geometry that perfectly follows the glass contour, keeping the antenna firmly in place even while driving.

Printing recommendations:

• Material: PETG (for better heat and UV resistance)
• Infill: 15% with Adaptive Cubic pattern
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Supports: Not required (depending on print orientation)

Due to the overall size of the model, it can only be printed in one piece on the Bambu Lab H2D.
If printing on the Bambu Lab X1, you’ll need to make a small cut at the tip of the mount to fit the build plate.
