Garmin & Wahoo Mount (Easy Support Removal)

This mount has been carefully designed and printed for easy support removal in mind.

You can simply push from the top, and the support will pop out clean, no struggle.

• 🌀 Outer diameter: 33.9 mm (roughly 34 mm)
• 📏 Thickness: 5.8 mm (roughly 6 mm)
• 🔩 Mounting: 2x M3 flat head screws fit nicely.

The fit has just enough play to sit securely while still being easy to install. The first twist-lock might feel a bit tight as it “breaks in,” but after that, it should lock and unlock smoothly with a nice, solid feel.

 

Material: I printed mine in carbon fiber PLA, which works great. PETG carbon fiber is also a good alternative.

👉 If you are worried about layer adhesion or potential breakage, printing at a 45° angle with supports could help. (I have not tested it yet, but it is an option.)
