Airless Basketball - Fillamentum PEBA

This is our new airless basketball model designed for the amazing Fillamentum PEBA filament! This airless basketball filament has one of the best bounces we have tested, and also has amazing durability as well. Since the Kimya PEBA-S filament has been discontinued, I have been searching for a replacement, and although this filament is a bit more expensive, it actually bounces just slightly better than the Kimya, and prints nicely. You can also buy the filament in a lot of fun colors too. The Fiberology Fiberflex 30D has a better bounce, but with the Fillamentum PEBA you don’t have the dead spot/squishiness/longer print time issues like the Fiberflex has. Printer: Bambu Lab P1S

Nozzle Temp: 245C

Bed Temp: 90C
Nozzle Size: 0.6mm 

Layer Height: 0.3mm

Walls: 4 on sides and bottom, 5 on top

Infill: 50% Gyroid

Z-seam: Random

Print Speed: 40 mm/s, 20 mm/s on bridges

Supports: manual tree supports (painted on bottom only)

Support Z-distance: I went with 0.28, but a bit higher will help remove supports
