Protect your cigars in style with this sleek Cigar Tube, featuring integrated cylindrical compartments for a perfect, secure fit.

Inspired by classic travel tubes, this model blends modern design and printability in one clean, minimal form.

 

The two-part structure (body + cap) slides together smoothly, locking with friction to keep everything in place.
Inside, each cigar has its own dedicated tube

Available in 1-, 2-, and 3-cigar versions, you can choose the one that fits your needs.

 

Inside, you can store cigars up to ring gauge 62  (the diameter of each is 26 mm).

The case is approximately 135 mm tall (about 5 inches), but can easily hold longer cigars thanks to the sliding long cap.

 

Compact, durable, and easy to print, it’s ideal for keeping your cigars safe in your pocket or bag.

The top cap retains the signature 3D diamond pattern for a refined and premium finish.

📌 Important Notes
The profile is optimized in order to minimize seams and maximize smoothness for a premium result straight off the printer.

 

💡 Print Tip – Achieving the Perfect Friction Fit

This model is designed with very tight tolerances to create a slight vacuum effect. This serves two purposes:

• it helps keep the cigars protected from humidity during transport;
• it prevents the cap from accidentally sliding off.

To achieve the intended fit, dimensional accuracy is important.

For the best results:

• ✅ Print directly from the provided print profiles whenever possible.
• ✅ Use well-dried filament. Moist filament can affect surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
• ✅ Make sure your printer is properly calibrated (especially flow rate and dimensional accuracy).

If your printer tends to produce slightly oversized parts, the cap may fit too tightly. In that case, you can either:

• lightly sand the inside of the cap, or
• reprint only the cap at 100.5–101% scale.

Hundreds of makers have printed this model successfully, and following these recommendations should provide the intended smooth friction fit.

 

⚠️ Please don't force the parts apart if they feel excessively tight. If needed, lightly sand the inside of the cap or reprint only the cap with a slight scale increase.
