CASHLORD BOARD GAME - Bookcase Edition

Players take the part of land owners, attempting to buy and then develop their land. Income is gained by other players visiting their properties and money is spent when they visit properties belonging to other players.

INFORMATION

All parts were printed with PLA filament (matt works great for games). I use a textured plate for adhesion. Some parts will need to be superglued. The bookspine is glued to the flat side of the bookcase box. The colored property inserts are glued onto the board. The spinner inserts are glued into the top of the community chest and chance spinners.

CASHLORD BOARD GAME - Bookcase Edition Assembly & Setup

a) BOOKCASE EDITION GAME BOX ASSEMBLY

This set includes a “bookcase edition” game box with inserts to help to organize all the game pieces of the CASHLORD BOARD GAME. It can be conveniently stored on a shelf.

Print the game box, lid and book spine. Glue the book spine to the square cornered side of the bookcase box. The lid will slide into the game box. Add lubricant, to the edge if required.

b) BOARD ASSEMBLY

Print the 4 board sections, property cards and property inserts. Glue the corresponding colored property inserts onto the board. Connect the game board by aligning the game board tabs and place on the table.

c) CHANCE and COMMUNITY CHEST “SPINNERS”

Specialized spinners have been modelled in replace of Chance and Community Chest cards.

Print both the “Chance” and “Community Chest” spinner top and bottom sections and remove any supports. Glue twenty-four 3mm x 2mm round magnets into the underside of each spinner's top section and two more into the spinner's base.

The top and bottom magnet poles should “attract” to each other. In total you will need 52 magnets.

Slide on a 608ZZ bearing (8x22x7mm) to each base stem or print the optional PLA bearing.

NOTE: The spinner can be used without magnets and a PLA bearing but it may not spin and align as well.

Magnets: 3mm dia x 2mm hieght, 60pc.

Bearings: 608ZZ (8x22x7mm), 2pc.

Using a 0.2mm nozzel, print the 0.2mm print profile for the “Chance” and “Community Chest” inserts and superglue the plate inserts into the spinner's top recesses.

Place the spinner assembly onto the board, it should align over the each of the card zones. Your spinner is ready to give it a spin.

d) MONEY and BANK

Casino style money chips have been designed with a handy bank holder in lieu of paper money.

Print all the money chips and bank holder. Place the money chips into the bank holder and either place it in the middle of the board or place the bank to the side of the game.

e) GAME PIECES

Print all the remaining game pieces and then you are ready to play the CASHLORD BOARD GAME.
