Description

These are my filament and process settings for INSLOGIC PA6-CF for the Bambulab A1 mini (see ZIP-File for OrcaSlicer). The INSLOGIC does not require such a high print bed temperature as comparable filaments and adheres excellently to a (warm) cold plate. 

I can use it to produce high-quality prints in nylon-carbon without a housing and without any further modifications. I need the following additional things (all  printed conversions and additions can be found here at Makerworld, I will link them gradually): 

  • Hardened steel nozzle & extruder wheel 
  • SUNLU S2 filament dryer converted with PTFE coupling 
  • Antinsky “cold” print plate, use it highly heated up (the original textured PEI plate works as well)
  • Removal of the AMS multifilament coupling for direct filament feeding 
  • Cooling of the extruder motor
  • external air filter 

A1 mini: Entry-level device = high-end engineering materials? It works!
