Fully Printed Rugged Hard Shell Case

after many Requests

i present to you the fully printed,0 non printed components version of my popular Overengineered Rugged Hard shell case

it features a waterproof gasket, anti slip feet, secure satisfying double clicking latches, stackability of boxes and a Storage Netting and shelf

It is very strong and uses minimal filament for its size and strength due to reinforcing features and careful design choices

i designed this case to Printed in PETG ideally for increased impact resistance and durability but any PLA or PLA+ (or other filaments) will work

Reduced wall loops and infill can be used if to reduce filament usage, however it will not be as strong

it has a internal volume of 240x100x63mm

the storage netting is able to be peeled away and clicked back into place when additional accessibility to the lid storage is required

The Storage netting, gasket and anti-slip feet are all optional and the case still functions without the gasket however it will not be as water resistant

all that is required for assembly is a small length of your filament of choice, in order to assemble the hinges and latches all you need to do is slide a length of filament into the hinge using some pliers and then use some side cutters to cut the ends of the filament sticking out flush

a couple of drops of superglue is required to attach the anti-slip feet onto the bottom of the case
