Bowden / PTFE Tube Coupler-(Easy print)

This design was created when I wanted to connect my AMS unit to my P1S printer but didn’t have the required coupler. That’s when I got the idea to print one that can be easily attached and stays firmly in place.

It prints without supports, and no extra parts are needed for assembly—just push the PTFE tubes into each end and it’s ready to use. The print is also very fast.

There are two versions available: one optimized for PETG and one for PLA. The PLA print profile is slightly larger to account for material differences and ensure a proper fit.
