Purge Cup for Ninja Espresso Luxe Machine

Continuing the saga, my wife asked me to design a purge cup that would fit neatly under the spouts for backflushing and cleaning shots. 

 

During the purge cycle, the machine expels hot water from the frothing wand into the drip tray. Since we use milk often, she didn’t want any residue or fat gradually building up there and becoming difficult to clean or causing unpleasant smells over time.

 

This 3D printed purge cup is sized for the Ninja Espresso ES601/655/701 machines and catches the water from rinses and purges so it does not splash on the drip tray or counter. 

It is shaped to sit comfortably in front of the portafilter spouts and keeps the cleaning workflow quick and tidy between shots.
 

I modeled three different handle variants so you can choose the grip style and look that best matches your setup or print all of them to swap as you like. 

The part is optimized for printing with a fine layer height of 0.16mm and standard infill, printing cleanly with minimum supports for an easy, practical upgrade to the Ninja Luxe Café workflow.
