Flashforge 5m top Spool Roller with Bearings

This is a modification of the roller model that is provided by Flashforge in the part files found on their wiki page. I modified it to work with HugoHuge's universal roller. So the roller and roller guide are directly from him. I only made the bracket that mounts to the back of the 5m in the same manner that Flashforge intends if you want the printed case. 

I have uploaded both the stl and stp files as I know that is it so much easier to modify a design you see if you have access to the step files as well. 

This bracket requires you to print the roller, roller mount, and bracket. If you want to use a cable chain it will have to be printed or bought. There is also a cable chain mount that attaches to this bracket as well on Flashforge wiki that would need to be printed. It would attach as shown in the pictures.  

Notes on installation: You will need 4-M3x8 FHCS for mounting bracket to frame, and 2 - M3x20 FHCS for the filament sensor along with two M3 nuts that embed into the bottom side of the bracket. You will need to install the sensor before installing the bracket to the frame. The sensor will be backwards from how it is installed on the machine initially but will still work regardless. My model also uses FHCS on all locations and no SHCS as the pictures show, but you should still be able to use whatever hardware you have on hand. Will also need two standard 608 bearings for the roller. 

Note on Flashforge Case: Given the slight difference between this bracket and the Flashforge one. A small modification to “Riser D” is needed in order to work properly. Please find that under the remix section of this model. You only need this model if you plan on making the 3D printed case as provided by Flashforge.
