This is a simple cyclone dust separator designed for easy integration with a vacuum cleaner system.
It helps separate dust and debris before they reach the vacuum, improving filtration and protecting the motor.
 

🔧 Customizable & Parametric
This model is fully customizable – the download includes an OpenSCAD (.scad) file that allows you to adjust the connector to perfectly fit your vacuum pipe.

📘 Instructions
This model is a parametric tapered sleeve designed to fit different pipe diameters.

The sleeve consists of:

• a fixed external tapered section for easy alignment
• a straight parametric section that fits inside a pipe

🔧 How to customize the model
Adjust the following parameters:

param_inner_d   // inner diameter of your pipe param_length    // length of the straight section 

That’s it — all other dimensions are fixed and calculated automatically.
