The design is split into two parts, a base and a separate nose, making it easy to print without AMS while still using multiple colors. 
Simply print as many bases as you need, then print the noses in different colors so every guest gets their own unique glass marker. Assembly is quick and easy with just a small drop of super glue.

The included print profile contains 4 bases and 4 noses using 5 colors in total. After the bases are printed, be sure to swap the first color (used for the bases) with the 5th color, otherwise the fourth nose will print in the same color as the base. If you don’t have an AMS, you can simply change filament after the bases and between each nose, or print the noses separately. Be aware that there are no filament stops included in the profile.
