Samsung dishwasher wheel axle (DD66-00022A)

This is an import from Thingiverse which contains both the original Dishwasher Wheel (Samsung DD68) by Teque5, 

as well as a STRONGER remix Samsung Dishwasher Axle (DD66-00022A) by SalaryUltraman.

I printed the stronger version in PETG, and it works great! (Many thanks to the work completed by Teque5 and SalaryUltraman!)

The Print Profile was developed for a P1S.

For this repair, you use the original wheel (which is made from really good, hard plastic) and just replace the axle (which is made from softer plastic that commonly deteriorates and breaks).

Note: If I were printing the wheels, I would likely use ABS or something similarly hard.

Also note: the upper and lower rack wheels are different on these Samsung machines!

How to fix your broken wheels

First, remove the brim. (Mine peeled off easily.)

Then, remove the old, broken axle from your wheel that needs repair. I used pliers and clippers to break it off in pieces. (Only took a couple minutes.)

Finally, snap-in the axle to the wheel. Press on a hard surface as necessary. It will click into place securely. The wheel should now spin freely.
