Yokomo BD9 bumper

Bumper for Yokomo BD9. I used TPU95A. I had good success using higher than recommended temps, 245c. I found low temps caused clogs and poor layer adhesion. I also got better results with cooling off.

I've extended the length of this bumper to help fill in the gap to the body. There are different versions +2mm, +3mm and +4mm.

This should also work for BD10 and BD11 since they use the same part for mounting.
