How to use

1. Rinse the tongue scraper before use.
2. Place it gently at the back of your tongue.
3. Pull forward with light pressure toward the tip of your tongue.
4. Rinse the scraper and repeat a few times if needed.
5. Rinse your mouth and clean the tool after use.

This tongue scraper is reusable and easy to clean. However, for hygiene reasons, I recommend replacing it periodically to avoid material wear or buildup over time. If it starts to look worn, stained, or difficult to clean, it’s time to print a fresh one, (it's only 30 minutes)!
