PT Power Rechargeable Headlamp Bracket (Orielly's)

This headlamp bracket is for the sub $20 PT Power rechargeable head lamp that can be purchased at Oreilly's. 

I'd had two different headlamp purchased/warrantied because of the little tabs breaking before I decided to remodel and print my own. I tried printing with ABS and ASA (without annealing) and were a bit too brittle. I've since reprinted them with both pa6-cf and pet-cf and not had them break for months. 

The little tabs may need to be filed a bit with a nail filer and the bracket must be bent pretty firmly and angled to snap into place.
