LEGION is a high-volume open-water duck call designed for a J-frame insert with cork/wedge retention. Features a tapered internal bore (16 mm → 17.6 mm) for strong top-end volume, clean breaks, and controlled rasp at distance.
Includes barrel, insert, cork/wedge files, plus single-reed cutting dimensions.

Suggested Settings
- Layer Height: 0.16 mm
- Walls: 4–6
- Infill: 20–30% (Gyroid)
- Orientation: Vertical (bell down)
- Supports: Not required
Assembly Notes
- Print barrel and insert.
- Lightly deburr the toneboard surface if needed.
- Cut reed to provided dimensions.
- Install reed with cork/wedge (snug, not crushed).
- Fine-tune reed length to taste.
