Description

These angled risers are designed to give road cyclists, triathletes, and time‑trial riders a more comfortable and aerodynamic position when using clip‑on aero bars. Many stock aero bars only allow height and reach adjustments, leaving riders stuck with a fixed wrist and forearm angle. This simple adaptor adds the missing adjustability.

By introducing a controlled upward angle, the risers help riders achieve a more natural forearm position, reduce wrist strain, and experiment with modern “high‑hands” aero setups without investing in expensive proprietary hardware. They’re ideal for fine‑tuning bike fit, improving long‑ride comfort, or dialing in a more aerodynamic cockpit.

The design is clean, strong, and easy to print. Just bolt them between your aero bar clamps and the base bar to unlock a new range of fit options. Perfect for anyone who wants to customise their cockpit and get more out of their existing aero bars.

I used carbon-fibre reinforced nylon for this print (Bambu L ab PPA-CF) for metal-like strength, but you may be able to get away with a less exotic filament.  Even PLA and PETG were surprisingly strong using the “strong” print profile.
