XTOOL F1 / F2 Laser Engraving Jig – Universal Pencils & Pens – Long Objects, Variable Capacity

This jig is designed for XTOOL F1 and XTOOL F2 laser machines and allows you to engrave
pencils and pens at the same time, both standard-length and long objects exceeding the engraving area, making it a universal engraving jig.

Thanks to its open-end design with no end stops, this jig is ideal for engraving long pencils or pens that extend beyond the laser working area or enclosure, allowing complete freedom in positioning and centering the objects.

Capacity depends on the diameter of the pencils or pens used:

• Up to 9 pencils or thin pens
• Up to 5 larger pens

The jig is suitable for objects up to 15 mm in diameter.

The center slot is positioned to allow perfect laser focus, ensuring consistent and accurate engraving results across all items.

The printed jig shown in the photos was made in PLA Matte using standard settings:

• 15% infill
• 2 walls (perimeters)

These settings provide excellent stability and reliable performance during engraving.
