Description

Mit dieser Frässchablone lassen sich Rundungen mit den Radien von 10 mm bis 40 mm mit der Oberfräse fräsen. Das Grundelement muss nur 1X gedruckt werden, in diesen werden die einzelnen Radien Schablone rein geschraubt. Befestigt wird die Frässchablone mit den Wofcraft Klammern und den passenden Aufsätzen von thingiverse.

Benötigte Teile:

 

2x wolfcraft Mini-Einhandzwingen 3455100

2x Senkkopfschrauben M4x10

2x Rutex Gewindeeinsätze M4x8,1

ACHTUNG: Das Druckprofil nutzt den PETG/PLA-Trick, um eine glatte Schnittstelle zwischen dem Bauteil und den Stützen zu erhalten!

 

 

With this milling template, curves with radii of 5mm to 40mm can be milled with the router. The basic element only needs to be printed once and the individual radii templates are screwed into this. The milling template is attached with the Wofcraft clamps and the matching attachments from thingiverse.

2x countersunk screws M4x10

2x Rutex thread inserts M4x8.1

ATTENTION: The print profile uses the PETG/PLA trick to get a smooth interface between the component and the supports!
