Description

Clean your pellet stove efficiently and without dust/ash clouds!

Every pellet stove owner knows the struggle: when cleaning the combustion chamber or the heat exchangers with a brush, you often stir up more fine ash than you remove. This adapter solves that problem by combining mechanical cleaning with immediate suction.

This adapter connects a standard 80mm nylon cleaning brush directly to the aluminum pipe of your ash vacuum. As you scrub away deposits, the vacuum sucks them up instantly at the source.

✨ Key Features

  • Dust-Free Cleaning: Prevents fine ash dust from escaping into your living room.
  • Perfect Fit: Designed specifically for the aluminum tube of the Einhell TC-AV 1718 D (and similar models).
  • Direct Connection: Features an integrated thread to securely hold the cleaning brush.
  • Easy Printing: Designed to be printed without supports.

🔧 Compatibility & Hardware

  • Vacuum Side: Fits suction tubes with an outer diameter of 38.5 mm (Tested with Einhell TC-AV 1718 D).
  • Brush Side: Designed for an 80mm Nylon Brush with a threaded connection.
    • Recommended Brush: HANSA 80mm Amazon-Ref-Link
    • brush specific thread size is M12

🛠️ Assembly & Usage

  1. Screw the nylon brush into the threaded opening of the printed adapter.
  2. Slide the adapter onto the aluminum tube of your ash vacuum (38.5mm).
  3. Turn on the vacuum and clean your stove pipes/heat exchangers.
  4. If the frition of the 80mm ist to high, just use a siccor to adjust the widht (in my case 50mm for the sides)

⚠️ Safety Warning

  • Wait for the stove to cool down completely! Never use 3D printed parts inside a hot stove.
  • Ensure the brush is screwed in tightly so it does not detach inside the stove pipe.
