Hellcat 9mm 15rd Magazine Extension +2

This print is to adapt the 9mm 15 round magazine to the 17 round. Uses the stock 15 round spring. Uses 2 printed parts the Mag extension and the spring plate. the spring plate is thin and needs to be printed with great layer adhesion, I had to bump up my nozzle temp about 15 degrees so it would stop splitting at the layer lines. this might work on the smaller 10rnd mags also. let me know if you try.

1. Take your 15 round mag apart. Now is the time to use my jig if you want to drill the extra holes for rounds 16 and 17 in the mag body(don't forget to debur the inside of the body).

   2. Slide the spring plate on to the spring

    

2. Press the spring plate flush with the bottom of the mag with the end outside the magazine body and slide on the extension

       

 

      4. The spring plate should snap down to the bottom and be sticking out a few millimeters.

       

 

 

To remove poke something through the hole push the spring plate up so the extension can slide off.
