It’s not just a light source; it’s a unique decorative piece that fits perfectly in an office, bedroom, or workshop. The wall-mounted design saves desk space while adding an eye-catching detail to your interior.
✨ Main Features:
- Tailored for Kit-001: Precision-fit socket for the LED module and integrated cable management for a clean look.
- Optimized Geometry: A Supportless design – you can print it easily without any support structures.
- Smooth Sphere Effect: By using variable layer heights, the top of the bulb is perfectly smooth, eliminating the "staircase" effect.
- Easy Mounting: Features a built-in mounting hole on the back for easy wall hanging.
🖨️ Recommended Print Settings:
To achieve the best visual results, use the following parameters:
- Base Layer Height: 0.16 mm.
- Smooth Top (Variable Layer Height): For the top part of the sphere, I recommend decreasing the layer height to 0.08 mm. This ensures a perfect, smooth curve at the peak of the bulb.
- Walls: 2-3 perimeters.
- Infill: 10-15%.
- Tip: For the bulb cover, I recommend using Concentric infill. This ensures that when the lamp is turned on, the internal structure remains nearly invisible, and the light diffuses evenly.
- Material: PLA or PETG (Cover: White/Translucent, Base/Thread: Silver/Grey).
🛠️ Assembly Instructions:
- Print the parts: Use a bright or translucent filament for the bulb cover to ensure good light diffusion.
- Install the LED Kit: Slide the controller and LED module from the Bambu Lab kit into the dedicated slot inside the "thread" base.
- Secure the cable: Route the wire through the pre-designed exit channel.
- Mount it: Hang it on your wall using a standard screw or hook.
