Required Hardware Per Box

For magnets there are two options, 6x4mm & 6x3mm. Ideally you want a Neodymium Magnet with a grade of N52, the strongest pull force for a given size. The bambu supplied magnets are N35 which is the lowest grade & weakest. But they do work. If you opt for the 6x3mm Magnets it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to get a N52 Grade, a dedicated magnet supplier or high quality off of Amazon.

• 4: 6x4mm Magnets Or 6x3mm Magnets (will have less closing force)
• 4: Rubber Anti-Slip Feet
• 1: Super Glue Gel

Customizable Movable Divider Option 

Included is a special plate with a movable divider system! In Bambu Studio:

1. Select the movable divider body.
2. Copy it (Ctrl+C / Cmd+C).
3. Paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V).

4. Translate (move) the copies side-to-side to create custom compartment widths. Super flexible — tailor the trays to any game!

    

Recommended Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 15–20%
• Material: Matte PLA (for best aesthetics)
• Supports needed for the lid magnet indentations.
• Brim ears recommended when printing with Matte PLA to prevent the print from lifting

• If printing multiple containers at once, print boxes and lids separately to prevent excessive layer shrink lines

   

Assembly Instructions:

• Use Super Glue Gel to secure magnets to the boxes / lids. The gel version helps keep the glue from running everywhere
• Assemble your first Box & Lid, then use that as the magnet orientation template for any subsequent boxes, to ensure that all your lids and boxes are compatible.
• Press magnets all the way into the print, they should be slightly recessed to prevent wobbly lids
• Attach Rubber Anti-Slip Feet
