3Dプリンタで部品を設計する際、
「嵌合のクリアランスをどのくらいに設定すればよいか分からない」
と迷うことは多いと思います。

そこで、実際に 差し込んで確認できるフィッティング治具 を製作しました。

丸同士（円柱×円穴）の嵌合は感触が分かりにくいため、

• 丸穴
• 8角形柱（オクタゴン）

の2種類を用意しています。
各サイズには数値を刻印しており、プリンタ・フィラメント・設定ごとの最適なクリアランスを簡単に確認できます。
