Cyclone Filter (Dust Separator for Vacuum Cleaner) – 35mm Universal Fit
A universal cyclone dust separator designed for vacuum cleaners with a standard 35mm outer tube diameter. This versatile filter serves as a perfect spare or upgrade part for a wide range of brands using this common size.
The project features a simple, efficient 3-part design for optimal dust separation:
- Main Body (Housing): The primary cyclone chamber.
- Gasket (Optional): A TPU sealing ring for an airtight connection.
- Locking Ring (Optional): Secures the filter to a collection bin.
Printing & Assembly Notes:
- Main Body & Locking Ring: Recommended materials: PETG, PLA, or ABS. For the best durability, impact resistance, and a secure, non-scratch fit, PETG is highly recommended.
- Gasket: Should be printed in flexible TPU for an effective seal.
- Hardware Required for Assembly: To attach the cyclone to your vacuum tube, you will need two M5x16 DIN 912 socket head cap screws and corresponding washers.
