Handheld Vacuum and Blower

This is a compact handheld vacuum and blower designed around a straight-through airflow path and a high-speed centrifugal impeller for efficient suction and exhaust. The internal layout places the motor and fan assembly in the center with a vertical grip that houses the battery and trigger switch, creating a well-balanced and ergonomic form factor.

The shell is fully 3D printable and built as a split clamshell for easy assembly and customization. A tapered front nozzle provides focused airflow for dust removal, while the rear intake allows it to function as a vacuum. By swapping nozzle orientation, the unit can be used as either a vacuum or a blower.

Designed for workshop cleanup, electronics dusting, and general maintenance, this model combines compact size, clean industrial design, and modular construction.

One half of the shell has 2 holes sized for M3 heat set inserts, the other half has holes for 2 M3 bolts.
