Harbor Freight Mini Toolbox Cart with Accessories

This model is a remix of the Harbor Freight toolbox originally created by BB’s 3D Garage. While several remixes have added shelves and handles, many of those designs prevent the top lid from fully closing. In this revised version, the shelf and handle are securely mounted to the cart using heat-set inserts and M3×5 screws.

 

The original design was extended, and new accessories were developed to integrate seamlessly with the model. This approach allows the top lid to close completely while keeping all accessories installed. All STEP files created during this process are included, along with STL files that were converted to STEP format to support further customization. Please note that not all faces were fully converted from STL; only the geometry required for modification was updated.

 

You are welcome to make additional changes and share your builds. Due to its overall size, this model is designed to fit H2-series printers only. However, if you wish to split the model for compatibility with other printers, the necessary files are provided.

 

The print profiles were optimized for ABS-GF, but they should perform well with other materials. You may need to remove scaling if printing in other materials.  All parts were scaled up .6% to accommodate for shrinkage with ABS. Brims were added to the flat components to minimize warping and maintain dimensional stability, particularly when printing with ABS.
