Updates
- 2026-02-02
- Added a “10x BAC Water Case” Print Profile for additional storage.
- 2026-01-27
- Added a “Double Latch Model” and rename the original profile to “Single Latch Model”.
- Based on user feedback, the “Single Latch Model” was loose due to the single hinge design. The updated “Double Latch Model” addresses this feedback and is much more secure.
- The "Double Latch Model" also has a shorter insert, requiring less filament to print and maintains the same security as the full height insert from the original model.
- Both models are the exact same dimensions, so either insert can be used for either model.
This is a 6-slot case for bacteriostatic (BAC) water. I modified the original concept to achieve more compact scaling, saving space in the fridge. I also created a custom insert to keep the bottles from moving around.
I opted for a fully printable design to make assembly easier, eliminating the need for any additional hardware or components.
Design Details
- Fits 6 Vials: Sized for 30ml BAC water bottles (~33.5mm diameter).
- No Hardware: The top, bottom, and latch snap together. No screws or pins required.
- Secure Insert: Custom internal layout keeps bottles upright.
- Compact Scaling: Slimmed down to fit easily in side doors or butter compartments.
- Material: Printed PLA+ so the latch and hinge features can snap together and without breaking. Regular PLA works given the use case, and PETG is also preferred if you want more flexibility.

Assembly
Once the parts have finished, assemble the top and bottom pieces, attach the latch, and push in the insert. The insert is designed to be a tight fit, so it stays locked in place. The snap fit is snug to make sure the case stays together during use.
