Print the cooler and handle in PLA or PETG, if you want you can print the wheels and latches in TPU or PLA/PETG, but I recommend TPU as its more realistic.
Assembly:
Remove the custom supports from the lid.Grab the handle.Using your hands or plyers, remove the supports from the handle. (Be careful not to bend and break the handle)Then take the handle and clip it into place on the cooler body. (Make sure the bent part is facing up)Take the wheels and screw them on, use an M3 x 8 - 15mm long (Make sure there not too tight so they spin)Then take the lid and some 1mm wire, 25mm long, and insert it into the hinge hole. Repeat for the other side.Use a metal object to fully seat the wire in.Take a latch, and some 1mm x 10mm long wire and slide it into the hole. Repeat for the other side. (Use a knife blade or something to fully seat it into the hole)
BEFORE YOU LATCH THE LID !!! be carful when you latch them, if you print the latches in PLA / PETG they may break when you latch them, so shaving a little material off the underside is recommended.
(if you print the latches in TPU don't worry about this step)
Now you should have a “Wheely” cool Yeti, enjoy (:
