Kitchen roll holder V3 - magnetic with cutters

Magnetic holder for kitchen rolls – aluminium foil, plastic wrap (tin foil) and baking paper.

You can snap it on your refrigerator using magnets.

Hardware
• Requires 24× magnets 6×3 mm or 24x 8x2 mm, There is now room for up to 36 magnets (to match V4) if you need more strenght but the standard 24 will be enough for most people.

• Plastic wrap cutter uses standard bambu A1/P1/X1 filament cutter and two BT3-5 (or BT3-6) screws (comes with bambu printers)

Hold the wrap on the left side tentioned and slide the cutter quickly to the right. (like shown in the GIF)

Make sure you have the blade on the side that you are trying to cut with.

Note: The cutter is designed for the thin plastic wrap. Some some thick ones may not work.

Maximum sizes of the rolls

• All rolls have maximum diameter of 40mm and center rod is 18mm thick

• Aluminium foil and plastic wrap rolls can be maximally 355mm long

• Baking paper roll can be maximally 420mm long.

XL version

• If you need a little bigger rolls to fit in, print this version.

• Maximum diameter of rolls is pushed to 50mm

Wall mount

I added an wall mount, it comes in two pieces that you screw to your wall with 90° head screw. 

I made two variants for diferent sizes of the screws.

Options:

6mm - for 6mm screws, 5mm should also work

4mm - for 4mm screws, 3mm should also work

Mounts have holes 85mm apart, I recomend drilling them 220mm apart

I recomend still using magnets for connecting the two halves of the holder, but it will also work without them.

Then just snap it on like shown below
